Rodolfo Soria - Galvarro
Rodolfo Soria-Galvarro co-found and joined 3Gmotion as its Chief Operations Officer (COO). Today Rodolfo Soria-Galvarro is the C.E.O. for 3Gmotion and as such has led the international expansion of the company.
Before joining 3Gmotion, Rodolfo had opened the Chilean subsidiary of KWC, a software engineer factory located in Cordoba, Argentina.
Rodolfo Soria-Galvarro graduated as a Telecom Engineer from the Chilean Navy Academy in year 2000. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibaņez (2007 - 2009)

Roberto Musso
Roberto Musso brings to the company a broad and practical business background, significant technical expertise and a proven record of entrepreneurial success.
Before co-founding 3Gmotion, Roberto was working as the CEO for Soluziona Chile, one of Chile's largest software development firms, which was also co-founded by him in 1993 as STI, and later acquired by Soluziona Spain in 2001.
Roberto Musso graduated as a Computer Engineer from the Santa Maria University in 1989. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibaņez (1996-1998).

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER (CTO), PARTNER
Alfonso Cadiz
Alfonso Cadiz brings fifteen years of advanced software
and systems development experience to the company.
Before co-founding 3GMotion, Alfonso was working
as CTO for Soluziona Chile, one of Chile’s largest
software development firms, which was also co-founded by
him in 1993 as STI, and later acquired by Soluziona Spain
in 2001.
Alfonso Cadiz graduated as a Computer Engineer from the Santa
Maria University in 1989.

Daniel Villablanca
Daniel Villablanca brings to the company a broad and practical business background, significant technical expertise and a proven record of entrepreneurial success.
Before 3GMotion, Daniel was working as the CEO for Microsoft Chile And Microsoft Brasil.
Daniel Villablanca graduated as a Engineer from the Universidad de Chile.
