CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO), PARTNER

Roberto Musso

Roberto Musso brings to the company a broad and practical business background, significant technical expertise and a proven record of entrepreneurial success.

Before co-founding 3G Motion, Roberto was working as the CEO for Soluziona Chile, one of Chile’s largest software development firms, which was also co-founded by him in 1993 as STI, and later acquired by Soluziona Spain in 2001.

Roberto Musso graduated as a Computer Engineer from the Santa Maria University in 1989. He also holds a Master in Business Administration from Universidad Adolfo Ibañez (1996-1998).

Luis Gubler

Luis Gubler has over 10 years experience in the telecom/technology industry starting first as Telecom Stock Analyst at Citicorp and Baring Securities, focusing on Latin American Telecom Stocks. Later on he co-founded Latinvestor, a Latin American financial information services company which was acquired by America Economia /Dow Jones in 2001.

Before co-founding 3G Motion, Luis worked three years as Investment Director for Latin America in Mifactory/Ericsson Venture Capital Fund, focused on identifying Mobile Entertainment Companies in Latin America. He has also served as a Consultant for the World Bank, for the Madrid Stock Exchange, and a number of other enterprises.

Luis Gubler graduated as Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Economics (Ingeniero Comercial) from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile in 1993. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University of California Los Angles, UCLA (1997-1999).

CHIEF TECHNICAL OFFICER (CTO), PARTNER

Alfonso Cadiz

Alfonso Cadiz brings fifteen years of advanced software and systems development experience to the company.

Before co-founding 3G Motion, Alfonso was working as CTO for Soluziona Chile, one of Chile’s largest software development firms, which was also co-founded by him in 1993 as STI, and later acquired by Soluziona Spain in 2001.

Alfonso Cadiz graduated as a Computer Engineer from the Santa Maria University in 1989.

INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, PARTNER

Rodolfo Soria

Rodolfo Soria joined 3Gmotion as its Chief Operations Officer (COO). Today Rodolfo Soria is the International Development Director for 3Gmotion and as such has led the international expansion of the company.

Before joining 3GMotion, Rodolfo had opened the Chilean subsidiary of KWC, a software engineer factory located in Cordoba, Argentina.

Rodolfo Soria graduated as a Telecom Engineer from the Chilean Navy Academy in year 2000.

US BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR, ADVISOR

Christopher Harrison

Christopher Harrison brings nineteen years of Information Technology experience to the company and is responsible for 3Gmotion business initiatives in the United States.

Christopher Harrison, currently works as VP of Development for the Kaplan Group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Christopher has extensive Senior Level experience in the Information Technology Industry. Before joining the Kaplan Group, Christopher worked as Global Director of Development and Integration at Del Monte Fresh Produce in Coral Gables Florida; as Director of Information Technology at Radisson Seven Seas Cruises in Fort Lauderdale, Florida and was Director of Information Technology at AIG in Miami Florida.

Christopher Harrison graduated as Bachelor of Science - MIS - from Barry University and holds a Master in Business Administration from Barry University.
